Thank you for your interest in our Mighty 5 FAM event! Here are some important notes to consider before applying using the form below:

• This tour involves extensive walking--often on uneven surfaces. Due to this, we ask that all agents be physically able to participate in all excursions. It is crucial that potential participants consider their physical abilities before applying; we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause.

• Availability is limited; we can only accommodate 12 highly qualified travel professionals. 

• Southwest Adventure Tours will use confidential criteria to evaluate the eligibility of the advisors; we apologize that your participation can't be confirmed this time.

• If approved for participation, an invitation will be sent with a Registration Form and Credit Card Authorization Form for full payment of the total trip cost.

• Once the invitation is sent, there's a strict timeline of three business days to submit the official registration and credit card authorization form.

• Flight details should be sent to us as soon as possible, but MUST be sent within two weeks of invitation.

• The payment is completely non-refundable.

• It’s expected that all participants will have travel insurance.
